Shipping

All orders are processed daily Monday to Friday and shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed.

All orders made over a weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Within Australia

Within Australia we use Toll Priority satchels to deliver your purchase.

Your signature is required upon delivery of your merchandise. It is a good idea therefore to make your delivery address one that you know will find you to receive and sign for your delivery.

If you are not there to sign for your delivery, the driver will leave a card with the Toll Priority telephone number to call so that you can arrange another delivery.

Please note that any redelivery will incur an additional delivery charge of approximately $12.

This will be charged to your credit card by dream diva.

You may to choose to have your parcel delivered without requiring a signature by selecting the "signature not required" option at the checkout stage of your purchase.

If you choose this option you are in effect assuming responsibility for the delivery of your purchase.

P.O Box addresses will not be accepted as a delivery address.

Outside Australia

For all purchases sent outside Australia we use Australia Post Registered mail and Toll Priority, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

The shipping cost you are charged remains the same regardless which carrier we use.

We will always use the carrier service that allows us to track your parcel.

All deliveries sent by either Australia Post or Toll priority require a signature at point of delivery.

You should make sure that you make the delivery address one where someone is able to be present to sign for the delivery.

You may to choose to have your parcel delivered without requiring a signature by selecting the "signature not required" option at the checkout stage of your purchase.

If you choose this option you are in effect assuming responsibility for the delivery of your purchase.
