Returns policy


We know that you are going to love your dream diva purchase, but just in case something isn't what you expected, you have the following options.

  1. If you would like a different colour or size phone our International customer service center on +1 718.618.4820 mon-fri between 10am - 4pm AEST.

    We will arrange this for you as long as the items you want are available.

    The exchange item will be sent to you upon our receipt of the original purchase.

    The standard delivery charge will apply and be debited to your credit card for the exchanged garment we send you.

  2. If you want to return any items .......

    You will be issued with a refund (minus shipping costs) to your credit card once we receive your returned item.

In order to guarantee a refund:

Customers within Australia must return the item(s) within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

Customers outside Australia must return the item(s) within 3 weeks from the date of purchase.

When we receive the garments we will contact you for details so that your refund can be processed quickly and securely.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for any returns.

  • All items purchased on line for refund or exchange must be unworn, unwashed with all original tags and labels still intact and attached.

  • Due to health reasons  sleepwear is excluded from this policy.

  • Please be aware that we adhere strictly to this policy.
